Painted miniature Battle Masters stone keep with 28mm Bretonnian knight and Reaper miniature.

Apropos my recent post about playing with toys, here is the Battle Masters’ stone keep that I finally painted after all these years. Whether you consider Battle Masters (the Milton Bradley/Games Workshop co-production and sequel to HeroQuest from the early ’90s) a ‘toy’ or a proper miniature wargame is a matter of personal taste, but I think there’s no doubt that, once properly decorated, this looks very good on a 28mm tabletop.

Now to come up with some in-universe explanation for the vaguely ‘weather map hurricane symbol’ on that coat of arms.
